Down under Knives The Kookaburra - 2-part knife set
The Kookaburra is an extremely versatile knife set that can be used as a throwing, hunting and all-purpose knife. The blades made of 5 mm thick 440C stainless steel are hardened to a flexible 52 degrees HRC (Rockwell) to withstand a wide variety of stresses.
The blades offer a sharp cutting edge, which is certainly unusual for a throwing knife. However, they are sharp enough for a good hunting knife, heavy enough for a full -grown bowie knife and resilient enough to be used as a throwing knife.
The handles are wrapped with black leather. The knives come in a massive double sheath made of real leather. The sheath has a belt loop and an embossed crocodile-look.
